Purpose
Provide an overview of the KCC conduct documents and how they support safe, respectful and inclusive club activity.
Scope
Applies as an index and orientation document for KCC conduct expectations across members, juniors, parents, coaches and volunteers.

KCC uses separate codes of conduct so expectations are clear for different audiences.
The current conduct documents are:
- Club Code of Conduct
- Code of Conduct for Coaches and Volunteers
- Code of Conduct for Juniors
- Code of Conduct for Parents and Carers
These documents support the club's safeguarding, welfare, safety, inclusion and disciplinary expectations. They should be read alongside the KCC Safeguarding Policy, Communications Policy, Photography and Videography Policy, Changing Room Policy and Privacy Policy.
Where there is a concern about conduct involving a child, young person or adult at risk, it should be treated as a safeguarding or welfare concern and reported through the Club Welfare Officer or another appropriate club officer.
